SOCIAL — OPPOSITE SCROLL EFFECT

Turn two stacks of photos into a lovely looping video with Opposite Scroll in White Space Studio Social. I’ll show you the quick way to begin, then build a more intentional layout by duplicating photos, aligning the stacks, and adjusting the scroll settings. We’ll also add sideways text, play with letter spacing and colour, and preview the finished movement.

Covered in the video:

  • Find Opposite Scroll through the MP4 export panel and motion examples.

  • Choose direction, photo spacing, scroll speed, and 1080 or 4K video size, then preview the movement.

  • Add a photo to a new page, choose a 3:4 crop, resize it, and duplicate and replace photos to build a stack.

  • Align the photos, duplicate the stack, and arrange two columns with white space.

  • Duplicate the page, move the photo groups, and add paragraph text.

  • Rotate text sideways and adjust the font, letter spacing, and colour.

  • Preview the finished Opposite Scroll layout with text.
